How requests work

Submitting the form is a request for availability and a quotation. It does not automatically conclude a sales contract and no payment is taken.

Availability and prices

Labels, vintages, quantities and prices may change. The email proposal will state available products, taxes, shipping costs and total.

Age and destination

The requester must be of legal age in the destination country. We may ask for proof of age and refuse destinations where sale or shipping is not permitted.

Final sales, cancellation, delivery and refund terms must be completed with the business adviser before accepting payments.
